Step
7 - Congratulations - You Have A Contract!
After
successful negotiations and some compromise,
you have entered into a valid purchase
contract for the property! There are
several buyer protections laid out
in the RPA including, the right to
physically inspect the property you
are about to own! We at Pacifica West
Properties always recommend that our
clients approve their physical inspection
BEFORE opening escrow. If for some
reason you dispute something found
in the physical inspection and you
cannot come to agreement with the
Seller to remedy the problem, you
may mutually cancel the contract and
avoid hundreds of dollars of escrow
fees!
