Step 15 - The Buyer's Final Walk-Through .
This is traditionally done 5 days prior to your scheduled closing date. The Buyer is provided access to the property to ensure it remains in the same condition as at the time of the physical inspection. This walk-through also provides the Buyer the opportunity to verify that the items negotiated for correction and repair have been completed.
