Step 8. Congratulations, You Have A Buyer!
After successful negotiations and some compromise, you have entered into a valid purchase contract for your property! Your Pacifica West Properties agent will carefully explain all of the time frames and deadlines you need comply with in your contract. Note that are several buyer protections laid out in the RPA including the right to physically inspect the property, which should be done quickly after you have a contract.
